Beyond School , here are some opportunities students can leverage and create to practice the C’s.
1. Create a morning and evening routine to help start and finish the day well

2. Exercise with others - watch this Just For Kicks Football session and debrief with grade 5 students in Mumbai

3. Notice when a friend is finding something difficult and try to help them
4. Take care of animals and/or water plants
